John Henry Garcia, VP Sales: John is a Coachella Valley native. He attended Indio High School and the University of California, Irvine. He has been in the insurance industry for over 20 years and has held many responsibilities—from Claims, Management and Sales. John’s expertise lies in assisting companies achieve their employee benefit objectives.

John very involved in Community and has and continues to serve on numerous boards: Palm Desert Chamber of Commerce, Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Desert, Inland Association of Health Underwriters, Professionals in Human Resources Association, Desert Hospitality Accountants Association and the Coachella Valley Parks and Recreations District.

Susan C. Rossi, VP Operations: The senior member of the staff, Susan’s expertise lies in the design, implementation and operations of the agency. In 1972 after serving as a Court Reporter in Chicago, she moved to Los Angeles. She joined RRR Financial Services Co., in 1972 taking over all aspects of the Employee Benefits area.

Susan is a past member of the Million Dollar Round Table. She has also served on the Board of the Rancho Mirage Chamber of Commerce, Board Member of Mission Hills Country Club and the Make-A-wish Foundation. She has also served as Media Co-chair for the Tennis Master Series in Indian Wells.

Julio Rios, Office Manager & CSR: Julio has gained most of his insurance experience with a General Agency in Orange County. He joined BAIA in 2004 and is now responsible for all Client Services and Office Administration as well as overseeing the COBRA Administration processes.

Kendall Herring, System/ CSR: Kendall is a graduate of Chaffey College and holds a Life and Health as well as a Property and Casualty License. She is also a member of Society of Certified Insurance Service Representatives. Kendall is a client liason responsible for solving client and/or employee issues. She is also the resident Agency Management System’s expert and responsible for its maintenance and data upkeep.
