BAIA was formed June 1, 2004 as a result of the merger of two local employee benefit agencies—John Henry Insurance Services and Rossi & Associates. The union brought together not only a combined expertise of 40+ years in the employee benefit field; it also forged a philosophy founded on a simple premise—OUR CLIENTS ARE OUR #1 PRIORITY! Currently BAIA is licensed to conduct business in California, Arizona, Nevada and Michigan.
